Spend time outdoors on a full moon night with the sounds of nature and soothing instruments. We will perform a series of mindful movements, meditation and deep measured breaths around a fire. Bring your own chair, yoga mat or blanket. Ages 18 & up.  Call 708.839.6897 to register. ##
