Gail offers both lightness and enthusiasm to her guided classes. Through her instruction, I have learned different and helpful ways to move my body and connect with my mind.
The qigong practice fosters a sense of peace and calm that carries over into my everyday life. I believe she changed my life!

Gail your classes are always very special. Just walking in and seeing how you arranged the space, the crystals behind the mats, wiring down what we are releasing, the music, the poses, the scents, and the reiki all combine to make an amazing experience.
I truly felt transformed. Thank you so much for all you put into tonight, it is. Very much appreciated. Namaste

I met Gail at a restorative yoga class. Her open and warm personality immediately made me feel comfortable. Her extensive knowledge and calm presence, are a definite bonus.
I quickly jumped on her schedule, and started to attend her sound and Rieki healing classes for which I thoroughly enjoyed and found my “vibration”!
She introduced me to a part of my yoga practice that I did not know before. Love her!

Namaste.
Welcome to my website. If this is your first experience with Blissful Light, it is a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for stopping by to get to know me.
A little about me….
I have been a South Sider all my life. I am a wife, mother of three sons, “Gma” to three beautiful little girls, and a friend. In my earlier days, in my fifties—yes, I said fifties—I was both a yin/yang person with different interests. When I say yin/yang, I was not only a yogini but also an adventure seeker who enjoyed, and still does, living life to the fullest. Some of these adventures consisted of climbing 60–90 feet on the side of Mount Lemmon, zip-lining Louisville Mega Caverns, rafting the Pigeon River, learning to surf, and personally encountering a Beluga whale who kissed me! There are many more, but these are a few that hold special memories and fear challenges that I overcame. Things changed for me later, as I had an encounter with a tree while on an ATV. After walking away with a permanent “V” (V for victory) on my forehead and nothing more, I knew I was blessed and needed to delve further into myself. This life-changing experience set the course for a new life's journey.
Life’s new journey….
After working in the corporate world for over 40 years, I recently retired to follow my passion of teaching yoga and helping others. I have practiced yoga for over 20 years now and became a yoga teacher in 2015. Being a lifelong learner, I continue to educate myself on the different healing modalities, be it inner or physical, to live an authentic and peaceful life.
My style….
I am very lighthearted and love making my classes special for all those to enjoy. My goal is for you to leave more relaxed, restored, and energized than when you first entered. I do this with breathwork, stretching to what feels comfortable with your body, visualization, sound, and smiles.
