From gentle to restorative, chair yoga to yin yoga, Private Yoga Sessions offer an array of practices to cater to your unique preferences. My classes and meditation sessions will help you find balance in your body and mind.
With 20 years of practicing yoga, my guidance takes your yoga journey to greater heights.
Note: I will be in Vrindavan India from March 4 to March 17.

This beginner friendly workshop is a combination of qigong and beautiful sounds. Qigong involves a series of slow flowing movements and deep measured breathing while in a chair or standing. The workshop ends with soothing sounds from seven crystal singing bowls, chimes, handheld gongs, and other sound instruments.
